Some dry skin dust is normal with electric filing. I’d suggest using it over a towel or easy-to-clean surface, then cleaning the filing head afterward.

It really works! i slowly scraped it off. at first, i was afraid it would hurt me, but its design takes that into account and it won't hurt us at all, so i'm very relieved.
I first used a black coarse grinding head to grind away the thick skin, and then used a white fine grinding head for meticulous care. the results of the callus removal were quite good.
