It's designed for the hardened, calloused skin on your feet — heels, the balls of your feet, the sides of your toes. It's not intended for soft skin or anywhere that isn't calloused.
Using It
No. Unlike a blade or a metal scraper, SOVA Glide's roller only abrades hardened, dead skin — it can't slice into healthy, living tissue the way a shaver can. Most people find it completely painless and, honestly, a little satisfying.

Please check with your doctor or a podiatrist before using it if you have diabetes, poor circulation, neuropathy or reduced feeling in your feet, a weakened immune system, or any open wounds, bleeding cracks, or infected skin. Reduced sensation means you could injure yourself without feeling it. Never use it on broken or irritated skin. If you feel pain, stop.

We currently ship within Australia only. Outside Australia and want one? Email hello@sovaglide.com and we'll let you know when we open up to your region.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and standard delivery to Australian addresses usually takes 10–20 business days after dispatch — so plan for around 2–4 weeks from order to doorstep. Our items ship from our fulfilment partner overseas, which is how we keep the price down and shipping free. All delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs, and peak periods.
Yes — once your order ships we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way. Allow a couple of days after dispatch for the first scan to appear. No tracking within 5 business days? Check your spam folder, then email hello@sovaglide.com.
Returns, Refunds & Guarantee
Every order is backed by our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. You have 90 days after receiving your SOVA Glide to request a return for any reason — try it, use it, and if it's not right for you, send it back for a refund. Just email hello@sovaglide.com to start, and we'll send you the return address and instructions.
For change-of-mind returns, you cover return postage. If your item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover it — just get in touch.
Email hello@sovaglide.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Once we've received and inspected your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post it.
